2024 edition

The 17th MEDays Forum was held from 27 to 30 November 2024 in Tangier under the theme "The South facing global turbulence". More than 200 speakers from 90 countries debated over four days.

Thematic tracks

Six tracks shaped the work: geopolitical reconfiguration, just energy transition, food security, sovereign artificial intelligence, migration and mobility, climate finance.

Highlights

Opening address by H.E. Julius Maada Bio, President of Sierra Leone; Institut Amadeus Prize awarded to H.E. Paul Kagamé; signing of a memorandum between ECOWAS and several partner states.
